Cancellation and withdrawal
Cancelling a subscription ends it for the future. Withdrawing from the contract undoes it. Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days.
Cancel a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time via https://chiselbase.com/cancel/. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Consumers can cancel an annual subscription after its first year with one month's notice.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Leon Hornig, Chiselbase, Körnerstr. 3, 33818 Leopoldshöhe, Germany, email: support@chiselbase.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
You can also withdraw online using our withdrawal function: https://chiselbase.com/withdraw/. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal without delay on a durable medium (for example by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
The reimbursement is paid out through Sold through Link, LLC, which processed your payment.
