Where the app says “Part of Chiselbase Pro.”, choose “Try it free for 14 days”.

When the trial ends, Free keeps your oldest cloud project open and pauses the rest. When you choose which one to keep, Chiselbase removes the other projects’ connections, boards and stored credentials from this machine. Your Firebase data is never touched. One board per project stays open.

## One license per person.

Each person using Pro needs their own license, and it runs on up to 2 of their devices. For a team of three Pro users, buy three individual licenses.

## Questions before you buy

### Do I need an account to use Free?

No. You enter an email address only to start the trial or to buy Pro.

### Can I use Free at work?

Yes. Free may be used for private and commercial projects.

### How do I pay?

Choose yearly or monthly billing and complete checkout through Stripe in your browser. If you buy from the app during your trial, the first payment is due when the trial ends, or right away if less than two days are left, and the app switches to Pro by itself. If you buy from Free, enter the license key emailed to you in Settings.

### Where is my license key stored?

In your OS keystore: Windows Credential Manager, macOS Keychain or Secret Service on Linux. Service-account keys and Google sign-in tokens are stored there too. Application Default Credentials and Firebase CLI logins stay where gcloud and the Firebase CLI keep them.

### Can I cancel or get a refund?

Yes, any time. Pro then runs until the end of the billing period you paid for. An annual plan is binding for its first year; after that you can cancel with one month’s notice and get the rest refunded. Consumers also have a statutory right of withdrawal.
